Lovely sauce made from Basil, Garlic, Pine Kernels, Parmesan Cheese and Olive Oil
Peel and roughly chop the garlic cloves. Add to the blender along with the pine kernels and and a couple of pinces of salt and blend for a minute or so at a low setting.
Meanwhile snip the basil leaves from the stalks and add to the blender for a minute or so. Grate the parmesan, keep the blender at a low setting and add alternately some olive oil and parmesan.
When the mixture is blended, take out and season with salt if required.
