Salsa Verde

Lovely green herby sauce that can be served with vegetables, fish and in fact is nice with lamb.
Ingredients Picture
- Peel the garlic cloves and crush. Trim the herbs and discard the stalks. Put all the ingredients except for the oil into a blender and blend at a low rate for a few minutes.
- Fairly slowly pour on the olive oil on to the mixture at a medium blend for a minute or so. Put into a serving dish and stir with a fork.
