
Salsa Verde

Lovely green herby sauce that can be served with vegetables, fish and in fact is nice with lamb.
Peel the garlic cloves and crush. Trim the herbs and discard the stalks. Put all the ingredients except for the oil into a blender and blend at a low rate for a few minutes.
Fairly slowly pour on the olive oil on to the mixture at a medium blend for a minute or so. Put into a serving dish and stir with a fork.
