Simple cream dressing for salads
one tablespoonful of wine vinegar
Put the wine vinegar into a bowl, add the cream and mix thoroughly with a fork.
Slowly add the oil beating with a fork as you do so (rather like for mayonnaise although it's not so moody).
Season to taste with salt, and keep in a cool place until needed.
Serves: FourServe with: Endives with Roquefort and Walnuts Recipe
Notes: This is very good, should test a variant with yoghurt.
