Tasty Olive/Capers based garnish/sauce for many dishes
There are many recipes for Tapenade some with the addition of Anchovies, but I think Olives and Capers are enough and this also means that it is a vegetarian garnish/sauce.
Cut the olives into two removing and discarding the stones. Swill the capers in a sieve under some water. Add the olives and capers to a blender.
Put the blender on a slow setting and slowly add four tablespoonfuls of olive oil. Take out the blender and stir in a very little lemon juice if required.

Notes: The quantity of ingredients is the bare minimum that can be made in a blender. Double up if possible.
