Preferably unwrap the Camembert from its wrapper and leave over night to ensure it's ripe.
Roll the puff pastry out to a pretty thin round. Place the cheese on the pastry, cut the pastry into leaves Picture . Wrap round, and seal with your fingers and milk. Turn over, make leaves, and paint with a beaten egg Picture .
Bake in an oven for about 25 minutes at 400°F/200°C/Reg6 until just golden Picture .
Serve with some leaves and sundried tomatoes Zoom .

Notes: Repeat but this time put cheese on rolled pastry and wrap crimping at top of cheese rather than underneath to prevent cheese leakage.
