
Pak Choi with Oil and Garlic

Pak Choi steamed and finished with olive oil and garlic.
Wash the pak choi, separate the leaves and cut them back to half an inch/centimetre or so of stalk. Put in the steamer and lightly salt.
Finely chop the garlic and soften but not brown in the oil and put to one side.
Steam the pak choi for about five minutes, take out the steamer and drain. Re-warm the oil and garlic and stir in the pak choi. Remove and serve with a small squeeze of lemon juice.
