
Chocolate Sauce

General purpose but very good Chocolate Sauce, good Hot or Cold.
100 gms dark good quality cooking chocolate
Put the water into a saucepan over a medium heat. Add the chocolate and allow to melt stirring from time to time. Add the sugar and cointreau if used and stir until homogenous.
Drop the heat and cook stirring now and again for about five minutes or so.
Serve with: Pears with Ice Cream and Chocolate Sauce Recipe .
Notes: Need to add metric measures
