Potatoes with Rosemary and GarlicVegetarian

Potatoes cooked in olive oil, with chopped rosemary and garlic and salt and pepper.


750 grams medium sized new potatoes

  1. Scrape the potatoes and cut in half if necessary to achieve a common size.
  2. Shake the potatoes in a colinder in a little oil, salt, and garlic.
  3. Heat the oil up in a thick bottomed saucepan over a medium heat. Add the potatoes and stir. Cook for around 25 minutes adding the rosemary after fifteen minutes. Stir every five minutes or so while cooking, until nicely golden  Picture  .
  4. Put some kitchen paper over the serving dish, take the potatoes out with a slotted spoon. Then discard the paper and serve  Zoom  .
