Iced Berries with a White Chocolate sauce

Top and tail the fruit as required and swill over a little running water in a colinder. Put in the freezer for about 1½ hours stirring every 15 minutes or so until 'iced', but not frozen.

Meanwhile add the chocolate to a thick bottomed saucepan  Picture  , melt over a low light, and stir in the cream  Picture   to make a chocolate sauce.

Spoon the iced berries on serving plates and serve with the chocolate sauce  Zoom  .
