Barbecued Lamb with Summer Root Vegetables

Skewered Lamb Fillet with a great dish of mixed Root Vegetables and a splash of Bearnaise Sauce

one neck lamb fillet per serving Picture

Prepare the Summer Roots Recipe and put in the oven
Trim the lamb fillets, cut into cubes and put on skewers. Chop the fresh oregano. Sprinkle olive oil over the lamb and season with a little salt and the oregano Picture .
Prepare the Bearnaise Sauce Recipe . Barbecue the lamb skewers. Serve the lamb on the summer root vegetables and pour over a little Bearnaise Sauce Zoom .
