Very good with all fish


a standard tin of anchovies around 40gms

  1. Roughly chop up the anchovies, combine with the butter and the juice of half of a small lemon, and blend for a few minutes.
  2. Spoon the mixture on to some clingfilm and make into a roll. Put in ther fridge for at least a half an hour. Serve by cutting off rounds.
Serves: Eight

Serve with: Roasted Red Gurnard  Recipe
