Half a belly pork (thin end) with bones removed

Serve with: cabbage with fennel seeds? mustard sauce? but maybe not, maybe something more tomato, peppers etc meditaraean
Notes: No bones in belly pork; careful with rind which will burn; cook about 40 minutes
