
Spring Greens with Chilli

Lovely Spring Greens quickly Steamed and then Finished in a little Oil and Chilli
Take off the outer leaves of the spring vegetable, cut off the stalks, tear the leaves in half if need be and steam for about five minutes. Then drain well.
Meanwhile put the olive oil into a pan add the chilli flakes and cook over a medium heat for a couple of minutes. When ready stir in the steamed greens and season with a little salt.
