Lovely sweet nice end to an Italian meal

  1. Separate the yolks of the eggs and put in a pudding bowl along with the sugar. Use a hand whisk to beat the mixture for a few minutes unti the mixture is a nice yellow colour.
  2. Put a saucepan half full of water on to a high heat and when boiling reduce to a bare simmer. Put the bowl over the hot water and slowly add the marsala whisking all the time. Continue to whisk until the mixture has significantly thickened which is likely to take about 15 minutes in total. Spoon into wine glasses and serve immediately. Enjoy!
