Strawberries with Crème Fraîche

Very simple but yummy dish of Strawberries first marinaded in Crème de Fraise des Bois and then served with Crème Fraîche

- Trim the strawberries, put in a bowl, sprinkle over a little caster sugar and pour over the Crème de Fraise. Put in the fridge for at least two hours but you need to take them out for a fifteen minutes or so before serving.
- Spoon the strawberries and all the juice into serving glasses and put a good dollop of crème fraîche on top.
