New Potatoes baked with Garlic and Olive Oil

Scrape potatoes and cut into ¼ inch slices.

Smear a baking tray with a few drops of olive oil. Lay the potatoes slices on the tray, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle over the chopped garlic and some more olive oil.

Bake in the oven at 400°F/200°C/Reg6 for 30 minutes or so until golden and soft.
