Amazingly nice starter of 'hot smoked' Salmon with chill flavour from the Chilli Jam and a dab of Creme Fraiche

This very much depends on the quality of the hot smoked salmon which for me came from Applebees in Borough Market Link .

Make the chilli jam Recipe the day before if possible
Remove the skin from the salmon with a paring knife, and then carefully cut into thick slices. Put on to serving dishes, add a dollop of creme fraiche and some chill jam, scatter over a few leaves and serve with a lemon wedge. Very nice Zoom .
