Sausage with Potato Puree and Onion Gravy

This is Homely, Comforting, Tasty but probably not very Healthy

six or so very good at least 90% meat content pork sausages

Make the onion gravy Recipe and put one side. Prepare the potatoes Recipe but maybe leave out the garlic and make it almost pourable.
Meanwhile, fry the sausages until brown on all sides. Reheat the onion gravy. Spoon the potato puree on to serving plates, put on top two or three sausages and pour around some gravy. Enjoy Zoom .

Serves: Two to three
