
Minted Yoghurt Sauce

This is a great addition to all sorts of grilled fish and meat
200 ml greek style yoghurt
Chop the coriander and mint to deliver two tablespoonfuls of each and stir into the yoghurt.
Season the yoghurt with squeezed lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Put the sauce into the fridge for at least an hour, and then take out and serve.

Notes: Note that this really does improve in flavour if left in the fridge for an hour or so before serving
