
Celeriac and Potato Mash

Celeriac and potato, boiled, and mashed with butter and single cream and seasoned.
two small celeriac or equivalent
Peel the celeriac and potatoes, and cook in salted water in separate saucepans.
Drain the celeriac and potatoes, put back in one of the saucepans and add the butter. Mash/whisk the mixture and then stir in the cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
