Celeriac and Potato Mash

Celeriac and potato, boiled, and mashed with butter and single cream and seasoned.
two small celeriac or equivalent
- Peel the celeriac and potatoes, and cook in salted water in separate saucepans.
- Drain the celeriac and potatoes, put back in one of the saucepans and add the butter. Mash/whisk the mixture and then stir in the cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
