Steamed Samphire

a handful of samphire per person
- Wash the samphire under a cold tap, Trim or discard any pieces with excessive root part.
- Steam the samphire for about five minutes. Squeeze half a lemon over. Cover and keep off the light, but then serve within five minutes.
