Griddled Prawns marinaded in Lime and seved with Chilli Jam
Prawns Marinaded in Lime Juice, then Griddled and served with Chilli Jam - much enjoyed by everybody
good sized raw prawns preferably never frozen about five per serving
Take off the heads and scales from the prawns Picture , put in a bowl and add lots of fresh lime juice and marinade for at least a couple of hours. Make the Chilli Jam Recipe .
When ready, paint the prawns with olive oil, season with salt and fresh white pepper and sprinkle over a little more lime juice.
Quickly griddle the prawns on both sides until nicely pink. Put on to serving plates with some Chilli Sauce and segment of lime Zoom .
