Grilled Goats Cheese with Green Olives

Make a dressing by mixing the oil and vinegar, whipping with a fork and seasoning to taste with salt and pepper.

Toss the leaves with the dressing and arrange on the serving plates along with the olives.

Lightly oil some foil with olive oil and put on the bottom of a grill pan. Slice the goats cheese into thick slices, and grill quickly under a high grill until just golden. Turn the cheese if not too melted and repeat on the other side and serve  Zoom  .
