
Cream Sauce for Pasta
Great sauce for just lightly coating the chunkier pasta
Melt the butter in a saucepan, peel and crush the garlic if used add to the saucepan along with the cream.
Simmer for a few minutes then stir in the parmesan and season with salt and fresh black pepper.
